We don't like to think about accidents and injuries, but in the event of a crash, we're here for you with our crash replacement offer.

If you have a crash and your Band of Climbers apparel is damaged, we'll offer a discount of up to 40% off a replacement item. We cannot always guarantee we will have the exact damaged item in stock, but we will extend the discount to an alternative product if not. 

Please note that normal wear and tear is not included in this policy, although if a product is faulty then our usual replacement policy applies.

To make a claim for any damaged apparel, please email help@bandofclimbers.com with images of your damaged kit, your order number, and your name. We will asses your claim and provide details of your crash replacement offer.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The crash replacement policy applies to all goods bought from Band of Climbers website within the last 12 months.
2. The claim is only available to the original purchaser and we must receive your order number as proof of purchase.
3. Band of Climbers reserves the right to decide the level of discount for any replacement, up to and including 40% off a replacement item.
4. Normal product wear and tear is not included. Only obvious crash damage, rips, tears, holes etc. applies.
5. Your replacement discount code can be used on alternative products if we do not have stock of the exact same product/size/colour.
6. We cannot guarantee to have stock of your existing damaged item at all times
7. The crash replacement code cannot be used on sale products or combined with any other offers
